These terms govern your use of the RAN Flow website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

In short

  • This is a marketing site for a product in private beta, not the product itself.
  • Requesting early access is a request, not a contract, and grants you nothing automatically.
  • Anything labelled as being on the roadmap does not exist yet.
  • Use the site lawfully and do not try to break it.

What this site is

This is a marketing website for RAN Flow, a platform for building O-RAN rApps. The product is in private beta. The site provides information and a way to request early access. It does not itself provide the RAN Flow platform, and nothing on it is a service you should rely on operationally.

Early access

Submitting the early access form is a request, not a contract. We may grant, delay or decline access at our discretion, and we make no commitment about timing, availability, pricing or feature set.

Statements about future capability are statements of intent, not promises. Anything marked as being on the roadmap is not available today, and may change or never ship.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. In particular, do not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system behind it.
  • Disrupt the site, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others.
  • Submit anything unlawful, or anything that is not yours to submit.
  • Misrepresent who you are when contacting us.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logos and code of this site belong to us or our licensors, except where third-party material is credited. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

Product and company names of others are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance here indicates interoperability or intent, not endorsement or partnership unless stated.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that its content is complete, current or accurate. Technical claims describe the product as it stands and will change as it develops.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date shown above, is always the current one.
